Initiate Your Request
Log into your IMAX account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the garments in their original box, ensuring all designer tags are attached and the original packing slip is included inside the parcel.
Ship the Parcel
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
